Always leave an area of your garden to grow a little bit wild. Birds, wild animals and insects will then have somewhere to make a home...
Add a log pile for insects, leave some nettles growing for butterflies and moths and leave a grass area just that little bit longer. Plant up an area with native wild flowers to provide food for bumble bees and birds.
